As for the bait, if you are not at a level to use shiners or limited to get them due to cost then the minnows are just as effective. You will lose a little XP with this set up on normal Peacocks but will get full XP when the trophy's start biting same with the LMB's, had fun with it and some good fights. Set up 1: Float rod, Nero 12' 10”, Reel: Espira MLR 3500, Line 10lb fluoro, Hooks used 3/0, 4/0, 6/0, Baits: small minnows, shiners So with the thought of not forwarding time decided to get my set ups ready for another trip to another location, one of my fav's, the Everglades, had a look on the 25th which was a cloudy day with the next day being sunny, the day I wanted as it has a longer peak time. While I was fishing at Colorado and after forwarding time to an hour before start of peak thought why?, water was higher than after peak but lower than peak but I might have missed some catches to boost the reward, caught mostly Trout got back travel fee's and so on but didn't make a lot of profit, about 1000, used light gear at the time and it was 0.7.2 with the poor line/tackle physics, but the main reason why so little profit is cause I am crap at this location, even in the old FP version I never did well here.
